The Villa has two double bedrooms and two themed bedrooms, the master
en suite bedroom has a spa bath. Welcome packs can be provided at extra
costs.
This beautiful Villa has been recently completely refurbished to a very high standard on the Sunset Lakes exclusive and gated community of approximately 200 homes.
The Villa is fully equipped to provide everything required for self catering, including all appliances, bed linen, towels, etc, it has air-conditioning, heating, and is designed to ensure all guests have a wonderful stay, it is our aim to encourage you to "come back next year"?
The
pool is covered by a netted enclosure that offers full protection
against bugs, and keeps the pool insect free, without preventing you
obtaining a tan. The pool furniture includes chairs and lounges. The
enclosure has a 4 ft high privacy section which enables visitors to
sunbath or take a dip in the pool without being overlooked, you could
even go out in your pyjamas or night attire, if you prefer to take your
early morning coffee or breakfast outdoors. There is also a small
covered shaded area, with a ceiling fan, for those who prefer it
cooler, but love the outdoors.
Spend the day in quiet seclusion around the private pool, enjoying the Jacuzzi, or just resting and enjoying the sun. Have a barbecue around the pool, without the usual problems of insects, and watch the amazing sunsets.
This is an
ideal spot for children and adults alike, take a walk or jog around the
perimeter of the development without having to contend with traffic
etc, swim in the communal Olympic size pool, or enjoy a days fishing in
the small lake.
Golf courses are numerous, and ninety percent are open to day visitors, and cater for all abilities. It is possible to hire clubs from almost all of the Golf Courses. This is a perfect golfers holiday.
Sunset Lakes is a small-gated community near the many attractions on the highway 192, close to the highway link roads I.4 and I .27, only ten minutes from the magical Disney attractions. 30 Minutes from Orlando Airport and 1 hour from Sanford Airport.
Approximately one hour will get you to the Atlantic Ocean in the east, and The Gulf of Mexico in the West.
